Marlana VanHoose was the real MVP at Tuesday night’s Game 6 of the NBA Finals.

The teenage girl — who is both blind and suffers from cerebral palsy — opened the game by performing the national anthem, inspiring lots of cheers from the massive crowd at Quicken Loans Arena.
