As a rule of thumb, if the meat is coming in a package and can last for more than a week in the grocery store, it can be the cause of cancer. Hotdog’s etc at the vendor or processed bacon strips. If the meat is fresh cut at the deli section without preservatives and without any kind of artificial flavouring, then that meat is probably healthier option.
